If you’re not near Seattle, but you still want to trade in your cards for store credit, here's how to get started: 

Send the list of cards you would like to trade in to Trade.Sales@TabletopVillage.com. The list must include the card name, set, condition, and if applicable the edition of the card(1st, 2nd, 3rd ect). A trade and sales representative will be in contact with you to discuss the store’s needs & conditions of the card in order to provide you a quote. If you would like to be notified on how we graded your cards upon receipt please make that note in your initial email to Trade.Sales@TabletopVillage.com.

Our grading scale:

Near Mint(NM): A card in Near Mint condition will show unnoticeable to no wear. It may have a unnoticeable/light scratch, unnoticeable/very small nick, or unnoticeable noticeable border wear. A foil card will have unnoticeable to no clouding and retain most or all of its original gloss. 

Lightly Played(LP): A card in Lightly Played condition will show very little visible, minor wear. It may have mild border or corner wear, minor curvature, light scratching, small nicks, light scuffing, or very minor border creasing. A foil card may also have little to moderate clouding and have lost some of its original gloss.

Moderately Played(MP): A card in Moderately Played condition will show easily visible, but not extreme wear. It may have extensive border or corner wear, moderate curvature, moderate scratching, nicks, scuffing, moderate creasing, moderate whitening, slight inking along the borders, slight tearing along the borders, minor water damage, minor dirt buildup, or slight discoloration. A foil card may also have major clouding and have lost most of its original gloss.

 *Old Expansions include Vintage sets up to sets released roughly 5 years ago.  

Store Credit in the form of a digital gift card will be emailed upon receipt and grading of the order.
