**PLEASE NOTE THAT EVERY MEMBERSHIP IS TIED TO A SPECIFIC GAME. IF YOU DO NOT SEE A MEMBERSHIP BELOW, IT MEANS WE ARE FULL AT THIS TIME.**

  -Noir
  -Gold
  -Silver
  -Bronze

  The only available tier we will offer online, is Bronze. Please note that this item must be purchased online in order to register it in our system as a membership. All tiers are the same price, regardless of the tier you are in. 

  Our other tiers have been or will be assigned to previous customers in the program who have been with us for a couple of years and have consistently spent with us. Please also make sure that you are purchasing the membership on your account that you have consistently used with us. Failure to do this will result in a new account which may cause your previous orders and longevity with Tabletop Village to not show up. This will result in you being put into the Bronze tier when you may be eligible for a much higher tier. It also may not flag you as a non-member in our system if you buy with multiple accounts, resulting in a canceled order. Please note this!

  How Membership Upgrades Work

  After you've been a member for at least one year, you'll become eligible to be considered for a membership tier upgrade. Every six months, we review all eligible members and evaluate them based on several factors, including:

  • Overall spending and purchasing habits
  • Event attendance
  • Tournament participation
  • Activity within the community
  • Length of membership and overall longevity with us

  We also want to be transparent about how purchasing habits factor into these evaluations. Only purchasing product during major releases or new set launches can weigh against your overall ranking. We value members who consistently support the store and our community throughout the year.

  For each upgrade tier, Silver, Gold, and Noir, we create a Top 50 ranking based on these criteria. Reaching the one-year membership requirement makes you eligible for consideration, but does not guarantee an upgrade. Other members may rank higher based on their overall activity and engagement.

  For Pokémon, which is our largest membership program, the evaluation process is a bit more competitive and the criteria are applied more strictly due to the larger number of members.

  Membership activity is always changing, which is why we reevaluate every six months. If you don't receive an upgrade during one review, that doesn't mean you're out of the running. Every six months is a new opportunity to improve your ranking and move up as your activity and our membership community change.

  Our goal is to reward members who consistently make Tabletop Village a part of their gaming community, not just those who shop with us when a new product releases.

  Please note, that if your membership gets canceled, that your tier will revert to Bronze and any progress to upgrade will be set back to the minimum once you re-aquire a membership again. 
  
  **Please note that at this time, we are not shipping any products out, but keeping things to in-store pickup only! In the same vein, memberships are only offered to locals at this time.**

  Regarding Pre-Release Products

  Occasionally, due to our large membership base of over 500 individuals, we may not receive enough units from our distributor of certain pre-release products to cover every tier in our ordering system.
  
  In such cases, we will still continue to follow the established order tiers starting first from Noir to Silver. However, if the allocation reaches a tier with more members than available products, distribution will proceed on a first-come, first-served basis within that tier.
  
  
  

  Regarding Multiple Membership
  

  For members who want benefits across multiple games, you can absolutely do that!

  Each additional game membership is $5/month per game, which grants you the same benefits for that game — including MSRP pricing and pre-order access.

  There’s no limit to how many game memberships you can add on, so feel free to pick up as many as you’d like based on what you are interested in.
