Whether you’re a seasoned Blader looking to test your latest combo or just getting started and want to learn the game, everyone is welcome. Come battle against fellow players in a fun and competitive community environment, trade tips and parts, and meet other Beyblade fans in the area.

We’ll be hosting casual play, organized matches, and friendly competition throughout the afternoon. Bring your best Beys, launchers, and battle spirit! It’s time to .....

Return & Refund Policy

At Tabletop Village, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on products.

However, we offer limited refunds under the following conditions:

Tournament Refunds

  • Tournament fees may be refunded if requested at least 24 hours before the event start time.
  • No refunds for no-shows or late cancellations.

Pre-Orders & Cancellations

  • Pre-orders and cancellations are eligible for a refund prior to fulfillment or shipping.
  • A 5% restocking fee applies to most refunds and cancellations.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue.

Important Exceptions

  • Some items or special orders may be non-refundable regardless of condition.
  • Refunds are granted at the sole discretion of Tabletop Village.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service or deny refunds to anyone we believe is attempting to abuse our policies.
