As a purchase bonus, each box will contain a serial code that can be used to redeem in-game bonus items in Granblue Fantasy! Each box will also include a bonus pack containing leader cards and foiled token cards, with a rare chance to find a foiled leader card or an English-original Granblue Fantasy Super-Evolution Point card!

Return & Refund Policy

At Tabletop Village, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on products.

However, we offer limited refunds under the following conditions:

Tournament Refunds

  • Tournament fees may be refunded if requested at least 24 hours before the event start time.
  • No refunds for no-shows or late cancellations.

Pre-Orders & Cancellations

  • Pre-orders and cancellations are eligible for a refund prior to fulfillment or shipping.
  • A 5% restocking fee applies to most refunds and cancellations.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue.

Important Exceptions

  • Some items or special orders may be non-refundable regardless of condition.
  • Refunds are granted at the sole discretion of Tabletop Village.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service or deny refunds to anyone we believe is attempting to abuse our policies.
