12am to 8am Daily

This agreement grants [Lounge Owner Name] limited late-night use of the Tabletop Village parking lot for customer parking.

Terms and Conditions:

• The lot must be kept clean and free of debris at all times.

• Customers are strictly prohibited from littering, urinating, or engaging in any inappropriate behavior in the lot.

• The lounge is responsible for cleaning the lot after each use.

• A chain with a shared key will be provided to control access and maintain order.

• Parking capacity is limited to the number of marked stalls; exceeding this number is not permitted.

• Cars left overnight are subject to immediate towing at the owner's expense.

By using the lot, [Lounge Name] agrees to abide by all cleanliness, access control, and capacity rules to ensure a safe, respectful environment for all neighboring businesses and patrons.
